Harbor View Mutual Water Company


Harbor View Mutual Water Company is a California non-profit corporation dedicated to providing water to the members of Riviera West Country Club. Anyone who purchases a property in Riviera West automatically an owner of the Harbor View Mutual Water Company. The Water Company is governed by a Board of Directors elected from among Riviera West property owners.

Board Meetings


Board meetings may be held via Zoom, in-person or a hybrid of the two. Check your email for specific dates, times and meeting invitations.

In-person meetings are held at the Riviera West clubhouse, 8475 Harbor View Drive, Kelseyville, CA.


Regular 2024 Board Meetings are held at 5:30 PM on the third Wednesday of every other month:  January 17, March 20, May 15, July 17, September 18 and November 20 .  


The Harbor View Mutual Water Comopany Annual Meeting will be held at the Riviera West Clubhouse, 8475 Harbor View  Drive, Kelseyville, CA  95451, schedule to be announced.

Fees

For Improved Lots:

Water usage is billed every two months:  JANUARY, MARCH, MAY, JULY, SEPTEMBER, NOVEMBER


Base rate is $180.56 per meter


Water Usage Rate (per cubic foot):


Tier 1 0-1200 cf                  $0.0745

Tier 2 1200-2000 cf         $0.0896

Tier 3 2001-3000 cf         $0.0930

Tier 4 3001 and up cf      $0.0946


For Unimproved Lots:

An annual water standby assessment of $400 is billed on July 1 of each year


Above rates are effective July 1, 2023.  These rates are subject to change by the Board of Directors. 
The Rate Schedule is reviewed annually and adjusted as necessary.


Late Fees:

Bills for both improved and unimproved lots are due upon receipt. A $20 late charge will be assessed if payment is not received in the office by the due date shown on the statement.


For New Construction:

A water hook-up charge is required for each dwelling unit at the start of construction. Harbor View Mutual Water Company will provide a separate water meter for each parcel. The water hook-up fee is $5,150.
