The Riviera West clubhouse: a welcoming space with a great view of the lake

Overlooking the western shoreline of Clear Lake, our clubhouse is used as a gathering place for Riviera West meetings, community dinners, BBQs and other seasonal celebrations, including potlucks, crab feasts and the Social Activities Club events Board meetings for both the Country Club and Water Company are held here.

The building includes a large great room, complete with wide-screen TV, piano, bar and floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. The clubhouse features a beautifully remodeled, fully-appointed kitchen; wrap-around deck overlooking southern and eastern vistas; a separate meeting room, and the administrative office for the property owners association and Harbor View Mutual Water Company.  

Ample parking is available and information boards, both inside and out, are filled with community-specific information and schedules.

The Riviera West clubhouse can be rented by Riviera West members for parties, receptions and other special events. Folding tables and chairs can also be rented. Members can reserve the clubhouse or other rentals by contacting Norma Simmons at 707-279-9604.
